Architectural controls are now being finalized that will ensure a quality build-out is completed on the lots. The key terms in these controls will be:
- Minimum home sizes being greater than 1000 sq. ft total, with foot print of the home being no less than 700 sq. ft.
- Garages and/or carports with similar architecture to homes must have a minimum capacity to store two cars and/or recreation vehicles or boats.
- Quality and consistency in finishing materials to compliment the mountain surroundings.
Protection of the existing natural environment and natural landscaping where new landscaping is to be provided around each home.
Time to contract to build within 3 years of turnover of title to lot, and up to 2 years to complete construction after contracting to build.
Construction rules to ensure the development is kept clean and well managed during the construction cycle.
Architectural review and approval process to ensure quality design of homes is consistent throughout the development to protect property values for all purchasers and to protect your investment in your dream for years to come.
Overall controls are designed to protect value and consistency, while not being onerous in regard to design concept and costs to build.
