Development Structure

The site is approved to be re-zoned and subdivided into 81 affordable single family strata title lots, common area access roads, pathways, parks, and a recreational building for the use of all lot owners. The master plan includes a shared pathway that will wind down from the main circulation access road on the lower bench development area, down to the lower access pathway that leads to the common beach area and water frontage. Our initial planning is also proposing that we provide a shared amenity building on the best view common area land parcel that would house a hot tub and pool, a fitness room, and a common recreational room with a fireplace and entertaining facilities.

Finally as part of the final approval engineering, planning is now being completed on the community water, wastewater facilities, and high speed internet hot spot facilities, which will allow these lots to be serviced privately in a manner similar to a city sub-division. At this time all approvals have been granted and development construction is starting in the spring of 2009. It is expected that all development work will be completed to grant turnovers to titled lots by early 2011.
